Education & Community
The Neighbors have partnered with community organizations including Brooklyn Public Library, Queens Public Library, Queens Memory Project, Planned Parenthood, PERIOD and the Trans Formation Project on fundraisers, free public arts events and workshops, in addition to their longstanding free community event, "storytime." The Neighbors have been members of the Adjunct Faculty at Northeastern University - New York City and CUNY Queens College, were Artists-in-Residence at NYU's Espacio de Culturas, are educators with Barrington Stage Company's Playwright Mentoring Project and offer free arts education to young actors K-12.
